This light, golden honey is gathered by our bees from a beautiful mix of blooming wildflowers and seasonal blossoms, including Tulip Poplar, Clover, Redbud, and other spring wildflowers growing throughout our area. Because our honey comes directly from the flowers our bees visit, each harvest has its own subtle character, color, aroma, and flavor.
We keep our honey as close to the hive as possible — raw and minimally filtered to remove natural hive debris while preserving the character of the honey itself.
