This beautiful light-golden honey comes from a natural blend of seasonal blooms, including Tulip Poplar, Clover, Redbud, and other spring wildflowers visited by our bees. Because every harvest reflects the flowers in bloom and the season in which it was gathered, the color, aroma, flavor, and texture of our honey can naturally vary.
We keep our honey simple — raw and minimally filtered, with nothing added and nothing taken away. Each small batch is harvested and bottled by our family here in North Carolina.
